Chair of Accounting conduct research in all aspects of accounting. Our areas of expertise include financial reporting, international accounting standards, intellectual capital, human capital, as well as accounting in small and medium enterprises, including agricultural companies. Tempus Project
The Chair of Accounting is a member of a consortium realizing Tempus Project no. JEP_41051_2006, Development of BSc(Hons) Accounting and Finance Degree ofr the University of Montenegro
The aim of the project is to develop a new programme in accounting, which will allow the University of Montenegro to train much needed finance professionals for Montenegro economy. The new programme is based on IFAC and ACCA guidelines. The result of a project will be a set of new courses and materials for students. Montenegro faculty will receive training, which will facilitate introduction of new teaching methods. Project consortium consists of: University of Ljubljana - project coordinator, University of Montenegro, University of Greenwich, and LKAEM. The project started in academic year 2007/2008 and will continue for two years.
